Fee Structure
The Southern African Development Community Accreditation Service (SADCAS) charges for its services to organizations seeking accreditation as follows:
- Application Fee - Paid after acceptance of quotation and submission of accreditation application documents. Application fee includes one document review. Application fee is not refundable should applicant withdraw its application.
- Pre-assessment– Fee based on a minimum of one assessor unit. One assessor unit is one visit by one person for one day. Travel and subsistence costs will also be billed at cost to the client.
- Initial Assessment Fee – An initial assessment shall be undertaken by a minimum of two assessors therefore fee is based on a minimum 2 assessors’ units. One assessor unit is one visit by one person for one day. Where more than 2 assessors are required, the full cost of the additional assessor(s) will be charged to the applicant. Travel and subsistence costs will also be billed at cost to the client.
- Annual Accreditation Fee – Charged after an organization has achieved accreditation. Fee is based on 2 assessor units. Where more than 2 assessors are required, full cost of additional assessor(s) will be charged to the applicant. Travel and subsistence costs will be billed at cost to the client.
